Buds and Blooms – textural surfaces with Angie

A new workshop inspired by the blossoming nature of natural plant forms. Beginning with a textured surface collaged for strips of various fabrics, the surface is then printed using handmade blocks and acrylic paint, covered with chiffon or organza then machine or hand embroidered. The new surface will ‘blossom’ before your eyes. The piece could be adapted into various projects such as bookwraps and bags.
